The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Huskies, Malamutes, St.Bernard's, Great Danes, Akitas, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, and any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. Maximum allowed two pets per apartment. There is a 50 lb weight limit throughout the Community. 1st Floor apartments are increased to a 100 lb weight limit. Unless otherwise noted below, all applicants must complete a digital animal verification process. You also must complete the process any time an animal is added to your household during your lease term as well as at lease renewal.

The purpose of this policy is to help ensure that management has accurate and up-to-date records of all pets and service and support animals in the community and that all residents comply with the property’s pet policies. 

To meet this requirement, applicants must use PetClear, an online animal verification platform administered by Foxen Administration, LLC (“Foxen”). Residents who do not have a pet, including residents who submit reasonable accommodation requests to have an assistance animal in their unit, will not be charged for PetClear. For residents with pets, the cost is $30 per pet annually, paid directly to Foxen through the PetClear platform.
